Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:

Payment-card information is generally processed through the relevant payment provider or payment terminal. TEPHRΛ does not retain full payment-card details beyond what is technically and legally necessary for the transaction and related recordkeeping.

  • complete purchases and issue receipts or invoices;
  • manage eligible exchanges;
  • provide after-sales assistance;

Retail data may be processed because it is necessary:

Customer communications and appointment information are not retained indefinitely where there is no continuing reason to keep them.
